A SUSTAINABLE METHOD
The roses of the Dufour House are harvested only when they are really ready for extraction, which takes place through a completely mechanical method: this means that no additives or, chemicals are used and the process is not forced in any way. This innovative technique is extraction using ultrasound, which allows you to extract the active ingredients from the petals of roses by exploiting the action of sound waves.
his phenomenon is called cavitation, a process that forms small explosions of millions of bubbles inside a containment tank. The bubbles are produced precisely as a result of the propagation of ultrasounds: in this way the cell walls contained in the rose petals break naturally, releasing the active ingredients contained in them.
This technology is sustainable because it allows for a complete extraction of the assets, ensuring the integrity of all its components: un uso del 100% use of resources that does not produce waste.
Furthermore, this process takes place a room temperature: this means keeping all the properties such as vitamins and essential oils unaltered.
